Note 2: SecureIT and SecureIT+ plans provide a maximum of 10 full-service calls per month or one call per month for each machine covered whichever is greater.
Note 3: DemandIT clients must pre-register with PBNJ and pay a one-time assessment fee for each machine to be covered.
Note 4: All antivirus, antispyware, or antispam software and software licenses costs are borne by the customer
Note 5: In the event that the client has a Server that is not covered under the SecureIT+ plan, PBNJ will, at the client’s election, perform monthyly maintenance on the server, but will charge standard PBNJ hourly rates.
