Our Goals
The PBNJ Customer Service Imperatives:
- Be responsive: Our goal is to always react to client needs quickly, respond to problems within the agreed-upon time, and to resolve those problems shortly thereafter.
- Be thorough: Our aim is to go the extra mile, not just fix a problem or implement a quick “patch” but to make sure we “go into the corners” by finding the root-cause of problems, or by implementing a complete solution.
- Be reliable: In many cases, our customer’s operations rely on their computer systems. Therefore our clients need to be able to rely on us with equal trust and confidence.
- Be brand-neutral: Our objective is to provide the “best” solution independent of any particular vendor.
- Be affordable: Being affordable is part of being accessible. We want our services to as accessible to an office with one PC as they are to offices with thirty PC’s.
