PBNJ was born when the dot-coms died. That was in 2001. Our founders, Phill Hodgkinson and Andy Krsic, were “collateral damage” from the dot-com boom and bust craze. They provided high-quality It services, computer repair services and IT support to companies with not-so-high-quality business plans. They learned a lot from that experience.

What they learned is that most of the real productivity in the business world is produced inside small businesses and small offices. They also learned that technology, for the sake of technology, has no value. IT that does something is the only thing that counts. And it needs to be reliable.

PBNJ Consulting was founded with the sole objective of bringing top quality, professional and reliable computer services and IT support solutions to small businesses and firms with small offices in Toronto – organizations that might not ordinarily have access to the high quality IT services and computer support that they really need for their operations and growth. That idea has paid off. Since its inception in 2001, PBNJ has grown considerably and now provides on-demand, monthly IT services, and internet or web services to dozens of small office customers in Greater Toronto, Mississauga, London, Kitchener and Oshawa.
